Welcome to The Ardent Tutor. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and participation in our online chemistry tuition programs. By enrolling or using our services, you agree to comply with the Terms below.

1. Eligibility

Our tuition services are intended for:

• School-age girls
  
  

• Parents or guardians enrolling on their behalf
  
  

You must be 15 years or older, or have parental consent to use our platform.

2. Services Provided

We provide:

• Online chemistry tuition (daily and monthly plans)
  
  

• Live sessions via platforms like Google Classroom and whiteboard tools
  
  

• Personalized and group-based learning
  
  

• Quizzes, tests, and continuous assessment
  
  

3. Account Creation

You may need to create an account or use third-party platforms like Google Classroom. You agree to:

• Provide correct and complete registration details
  
  

• Maintain the confidentiality of login information
  
  

• Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
  
  

4. Class Conduct

Students and parents agree to:

• Join on time and attend regularly
  
  

• Maintain respectful communication
  
  

• Avoid misuse, sharing, or unauthorized recording of class content
  
  

We reserve the right to suspend access for disruptive behavior or policy violations.

5. Payment Terms

• All fees must be paid in advance through secure methods
  
  

• Tuition plans vary by duration and structure (individual/group)
  
  

• Payments are non-transferable
  
  

6. Refund & Rescheduling Policy

 Rescheduling for Canceled Classes:

• If The Ardent Tutor cancels a scheduled class, it will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time.
  
  

• We do not issue refunds for canceled classes—only rescheduling is offered.
  
  

Refund Policy:

• Full refund available only if cancellation is requested within 24 hours of enrollment and before attending the first class.
  
  

• No refunds will be issued if:
  
  

  • The student has attended more than one class
    
    

  • A full month of tuition has been completed
    
    

  • The cancellation request is made after 3 calendar days from the start of the course
    
    

Missed Classes by the Student:

• No refund for classes missed due to student absence.
  
  

• At our discretion, we may offer a make-up class or recorded session, depending on availability.
  
  

All refund and rescheduling requests must be sent to ardentchemtutor@gmail.com.

7. Intellectual Property

All class content, materials, assessments, and resources remain the intellectual property of The Ardent Tutor and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We strive to offer a high-quality educational experience but cannot guarantee specific academic outcomes. We are not responsible for:

• Internet or technical issues on the student's side
  
  

• Student misuse of materials
  
  

• Any indirect damages or performance loss
  
  

9. Privacy

We protect your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Use of our website and services implies acceptance of our data practices.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Major changes will be communicated through email or on our website. Continued use after updates implies your acceptance.
